Rolled and Stuffed Cube Steak

Ingredients:
3 Cube Steaks
Salt n Pepper
3 Eggs
3 cloves of Garlic chopped
1 medium sized Onion or Mushrooms
Bag of Spinach
1.5 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
3 strips of Bacon

 

Directions:
First you want to turn your oven to Broil on High. Next hard boil the eggs. Now you want to heat your skillet with some coconut oil and add in the chopped onion and garlic. While the onion and garlic are cooking, salt and pepper both sides of your steaks. When the onion is translucent add in the spinach and top with mustard. Once the spinach is wilted pour your balsamic and top. Now peel the eggs and place in the middle of your cube steaks. If your steaks aren’t already nice and flat, you may want to flatten them with your hammer. Next, divide the spinach mixture evenly onto the steaks. Roll the steaks up and wrap with a piece of bacon. Use a toothpick to keep in place. Cook for 4-5 minutes and each side. So flip once. Then serve and enjoy.
